The Pallada on her way to Chile

The crew of the frigate was lucky enough to see some seals and a whale that accompanied the vessel on her route.

The crew is about to have a quite a complicated passage from the port of Valparaiso to Ushuaia via Cape Horn.

Full-scale pre-arrival works are being carried out on the Pallada. Everyone is involved in cleaning, chipping, washing, painting and other routine.
