Rostock, Germany is the only port left in the schedule.

Kruzenshtern has left Santa Cruz de Tenerife and now heads North
Three days of call in the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife are over, the barque has casted off, entered the Atlantic ocean and headed towards her port of registry.

While in Santa Cruz, Kruzenshtern’s has received provision and fresh water. In Tenerife the cadets weren’t burdened with official events and had a plenty of time on their own. Cadets went on the bus tour to the Teide volcano, went to the famous swimming pool with the ocean water and to the beach.

The Kruzenshtern has left Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the 10th of October. As of 14th of October the vessel is sailing about 500 miles west from the Gibraltar. The weather remains pleasant, it’s +28 C at noon. In the evening after all the work is done, the cadets and the crew are enjoying traditional swimming in sail and participate in the relay-race. The port of Rostock is 2000 miles away.
